Placing Orders
When you place an order on our site, you agree that:

- You authorize charges to your payment method.
- You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, but processing and shipping times can vary. We ship products to addresses within the United States and US territories only.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, when orders appear fraudulent, are placed by users with a history of fraudulent purchases, or violate our Terms.
Pricing and Inventory
We work hard to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing on the Bold Uniq® site. However, we do not guarantee pricing or availability information. Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display colors of products as accurately as possible. However, due to variances in computer monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee an exact color match in every instance.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your Bold Uniq® purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, with original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Not damaged due to misuse
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request. We cannot guarantee we will have your preferred replacement item(s) in stock.
Bold Uniq® reserves the right to decline or only offer partial refunds/exchanges for products that are not in resalable condition, including but not limited to items:
- Returned without original packaging and tags
- Used or altered in any way
- Damaged after delivery
Promotions and Discounts
Bold Uniq® periodically offers promotions and discount codes. Promo codes are one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers, and are non-transferrable.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions early and adjust pricing accordingly. Promotional prices do not reflect price changes made after a promotion ends.
Only valid coupon codes entered at checkout will be honored. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
Product Reviews
We welcome open and honest feedback about Bold Uniq® products and shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to remove or reject reviews in violation of these guidelines:
- Reviews containing profane, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Reviews focused on issues outside the company’s control, like shipping carrier performance
- Competitor promotions or advertisements
- Spam, fake reviews, or reviews in exchange for incentive or payment

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration shall take place in Nashville, Tennessee unless otherwise agreed. The prevailing party shall be entitled to all legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration proceedings.
